Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery within Gujarat: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery to other Indian states: 4–7 business days

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply, if available.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order details.
